Tambo Officially Opens in South Beach

South Beach’s new Latin American restaurant Tambo has officially opened their doors and are serving up great craft cocktails inside the Gates Hotel at 2360 Collins Ave that are sure to bring more success to Last Call Hospitality Group (Sweet Caroline, Tipsy Flamingo).

The menu features items such as the “Tambo Ceviche”, the spicy tuna canuto, hamachi gazpacho, brioche carrillera bites with braised beef cheek, manchego to lavender-glazed chicharrón with yuca purée, grilled pulpo with anticucho sauce, handmade corn ravioli topped with a smoked tomato and queso fresco, as well as a Brazilian-rubbed hanger steak, among many other items.

Guests can enjoy desserts that merge Latin American classics and French techniques such as passion fruit merengón from pastry chef Maria Torres.
